Imperial Milk Stout
Ordinary milk stout has a bit of a creamy note to it, from the addition of milk sugar (lactose). Take that up to imperial strength and you get a beer that is rich, thick and luscious. Goo is an imperial milk stout born at 12% ABV which spends the first year of its life in bourbon barrels. We then make bold additions of chocolate, vanilla, and toasted coconut to elevate it into a dessert experience in a glass.
