Tucked away in a cul-de-sac in Fairfield, California, our brewery, distillery and taproom are your destination for out of the ordinary beer, spirits, food and cocktails. Our kitchen is open daily with a delectable menu of upscale pub fare and comfort food that pairs perfectly with our twenty-four taps of classic and funky brews, ten taps of delicious kegged cocktails, and seasonal, hand-crafted cocktails, as well. We also sell in-house bottled craft spirits, that are only available in our tap room! Come join us for cheering on your favorite team on one of our TVs, or just relaxing with a drink at our outdoor tables with your pup. We welcome all parties, large and small, and also offer private event space for your next celebration or business meeting.  We are a community focused brewery, distillery and restaurant that invites you to challenge the traditional notions of style and push the boundaries of what is possible.
