Belgian Blonde
Go ahead, hold it up to the light. Super cool color, right? That’s all from the organic hibiscus flowers. We brew a sessionable Belgian blonde ale and then abuse it with an insane amount of hibiscus. It gives the beer that red color and a great, tart cranberry/pomegranate fruitiness. Wow, flowers in beer is awesome.
